You can move it wherever you like after that.įinally finished work on the registry edit. Just run the batch file and it will make the shortcut on your desktop, and you're done. Right now the problem is getting it to work with 32 and 64 bit versions of OSes but I'm working it out. Next you need to pin the actual game to your taskbar. Within the Steam Library, right-click on the game title and select Add desktop shortcut from the Manage sub-menu.

Working on a registry edit at Mask's suggestion for the option of joining the L2P chat when steam starts with the computer, I'll probably work it into the batch file at a later date. The first thing you should do is go to your Steam Library and find the VAC-secured game you wish to pin to the Windows taskbar. SHOULD work with all OS versions (32 and 64 bit), somebody let me know if that's not the case. TXT and provided a batch file that creates the shortcut for you.
